Shelby (Sac Sheriff)claims the Early Bird Rapist EBR was identified by DL by a neighbor who saw his van in the area of one of the attacks. But no arrest and it seems to be forgotten.

Everyone who has ever suggested or thought there was a cover-up in the EAR case needs to really look at the EBR and the EMR case instead. The Sheriff's admit even to this day when EAR series started both EBR and EMR were dropped because those attacks stopped. Did they stop? Are EAR and EBR one and the same with a local politician/business son being the only EMR suspect? Did EBR continue and use EAR attacks to hide his own if you believe EBR is not EAR?
We really have to decide are there 3 suspects EAR is the only known offender and that leaves us with EBR and EMR.
I believe EMR is not EAR but honestly, I am not sure at least not enough to stop researching that EBR is EAR. It is very compelling JJD was EBR but I don't want to shut out any ideas either way.

Alex Christopher Ewing ? Former Sacramento resident could he also be either EBR or EMR?

Alex Christopher Ewing has mug shots and even what he looked like back in the '70s. Would he be old enough to commit these maybe not?

Got one more Mark Fin, a person of interest in both EBR and EMR. Fin lived in Fair Oaks as far back as I can see and he was a frequent visitor to the Nudist camp Rawhide Ranch in Sacramento County. Fin was in the Air Force at one time. Fin had rabbits he would raise kill and then skin with no apparent reason other than he seemed to enjoy it. Fin had a stepdaughter that in the late 1960's accused he of peeping at her while she dressed. The mother of the daughter dismissed it as nothing and according to the step daughter, it continued so she began to dress and undress in a closet.
I obviously have more information on Mr. Fincannon that I have not posted he is deceased but I can tell you he is responsible for a series of sexual assaults I just need to connect him to the right ones and could sure use anyone willing to help me.

I had the displeasure to have met Fin on more than one occasion while working and he had one of the most sinister laughs I have ever heard. I know an evil laugh does not make a man guilty of anything but I can tell you the laugh gave me chills.

My inner little voice was always at a screaming level whenever I was near him telling me "he's the one! Now just prove it!" I need to locate the correct series of sexual assaults and I will not make the mistake of placing the suspect and making him fit the MO but rather the opposite.

I wanted to include Fincannon worked at Crestview Lanes Bowling alley right in the heart of EAR country and also worked at Country Club Lanes Bowling alley. He worked on the machines in the back.

EBR was "identified" suspect leaves town and the rapes continue. because the "suspect" couldnt be responsible rather than realizing the conclusion about his guilt was inaccurate the new assaults are now deemed the work of a "copycat" who had access to the police files, the EMR. pretty obvious what this all means |

My biggest problem with JJD being EBR/EMR is the victims. I do not know a sensitive way of putting this without it sounding bad so here goes the victims were minorities and of less attractive than EAR victims. I know that sounds bad but the victims don't match JJD's other victims in the EAR series.
