This was pasted from EBR thread to gain more attention.
Got one more Marvin Fincannon, a person of interest in both EBR and EMR. Fincannon lived in Fair Oaks as far back as I can see and he was a frequent visitor to the Nudist camp Rawhide Ranch in Sacramento County. Fincannon was in the Air Force at one time. Fincannon had rabbits he would raise kill and then skin with no apparent reason other than he seemed to enjoy it. Fincannon had a stepdaughter that in the late 1960's accused he of peeping at her while she dressed. The mother of the daughter dismissed it as nothing and according to the stepdaughter, it continued so she began to dress and undress in a closet.
I obviously have more information on Mr. Fincannon that I have not posted he is deceased but I can tell you he is responsible for a series of sexual assaults I just need to connect him to the right ones and could sure use anyone willing to help me.
