Was he good at breaking in ? or were the windows and doors and locks just weak? is it a talent to break a small hole in a window just right next to the lock and be able to unlock the window without the glass shattering? is that a pro move or new guy? Using a screw driver to lift the patio door up above the lock a skill? maybe it is a 4 AM without anyone hearing you. Was he the ultimate outside creeper? I don't know he was heard by so many people who did nothing about hearing or in fact seeing him at times. Is he just good or luck as hell? He did use the roof technique to peep in high windows on homes since most people near had a covering on those but is that a pro move? or is being on the roof to noisy? Is he a pro because he moves through neighborhoods in the backyards to avoid Police? Is he a pro because he always was able to out run or be gone by the time LE got a perimeter up? that's a huge one since loads of bad guys are found hiding in bushes and garbage cans inside the perimeter: but EAR seemed to be gone long before that or was safe at home giggling as the Police fumble around outside in his own neighborhood because he grew up there he walked and biked the entire area including the the other side of the river where attack#2 was.
So I ask was a pro or not?

He was new to home invading, people home, not to burglary. I think he committed hundreds of burglaries. But was new to the sex assault on June 18, 1976. He was a fast learner and picked it up fast.
