The OP's initial post date here is dated 2016. How can that be? This site was created some time post-arrest, April 2018. I know that because I didn't join the Proboards until reading about the arrest? Did this board exist pre-arrest? That would explain it.

I assume William Paul is a relative of Rodney or is he Rodney? I am a little out of the loop on who Boren really was aside from being a suspicion person as the VR. I have always felt there was more than one person involved in the VR happenings.

There's the Orangevale connection as well when Boren's victim lived. I think JJD wanted to hit that same area as Boren attack to prove he could. |
