That SICKENS me!!!!!!!!! It's another way to deprive the victims of their due course! When I snapped pictures last week of the new occupants' cars I was guessing that it had been rented out. It was obviously vacant prior to that and it's OBVIOUSLY occupied now. HOW CREEPY!
Sacramento County shows the following: 10/16/19 jjd as trustee granted the deed to the granddaughter (Zasia) 11/25/19 Zasia granted to new owners (first name Joseph) and a female (not naming) Will obtain copies

It is a planned move on the part of the family and I am sure they believe it is a justified move. It is of course a deprivation of victims that may attempt to seek civil action against JJD.

Remember........... just because something is legal doesn't mean it is moral. Planned?? yes. Justified?? Not in my opinion. The victims deserve that small piece of the pie.

Like you said, mf73 -- will the new occupants/owners stumble into anything secreted on the property by the previous owner?

Like you said, mf73 -- will the new occupants/owners stumble into anything secreted on the property by the previous owner? Exactly. I realize the cops tore apart the premises immediately post-arrest; however, I have to question the meticulousness of the search--this was a wily adversary whose games relied on deception and guile; it wouldn't surprise me at all if he had shit buried in nooks and crannies no one even dreamed to probe.

You almost always find things in previously owned houses. I don't mind asking them but let's give it a little bit of time.

Some could claim JJD was too careful and would never have the items at his actual home but others could argue his arrogance and how long he had escaped justice would cause him to let his guard down. There could be evidence missed at the home. Nick personally talked to an FBI agent who was present at the house on most of the days LE was searching. The agent claimed they did not turn over every stone. I, of course, would not expect him to say anything other than that but time will tell. Nick wrote about that somewhere I don't see it right now to reference.

Always the possibility of missed items I would have thought they would have sealed the house and not allowed it to be sold or even occupied actual in case there was evidence or information other family members gave them later.

The "Burbs". Thank you Goldrusher. I think the burbs explain a lot of this and these things.

JJD killed the Knapps and took over their house like in the burbs.

I have no idea how I remembered that useless fact of who the family was found dead in the house on the burbs.
