So brought to my attention the mods on other board think I am Lufttec and posted as some other name I don't remember. They also think I am not retired LE and I can say this there is a reason they are moderators on an EAR page and not LE because they are so far off of the truth. Their investigative skills are remarkable and as wrong as it can be. They don't really understand the position they have put themselves into as far as reference to posting items that can damage my reputation and possible monetary loss resulting in damage that I must recoup. I don't owe them anything and do not have to provide them with any proof. If anyone on THIS board would like proof of my claims I will provide it to you. I also had an interest in the poster LUFTTEC and looked into him long ago and I can assure everyone I am not him. I also have some bad news for that other board he is LE and it was a game being played to get a poster to react. The poster did not react and they dropped it and needed a way to get out without spooking the target poster. Oh mu gosh how would I know that?  especially since I am not retired LE !!! so weird ! I really thought he might have been a possible EAR suspect but of course he was not and also the poster he was looking at was also not EAR. All of the armchair detectives that though he was someone else let me say you were wrong. Bottom line I am not Lufttec or any other of those names they think I posted under. If anyone has read my posts and thinks I don't have LE experience by its content and use of terms and proper procedure with detail only LE would know then I am at a loss of words. My posts and claims have been verified only the board members that I trust and believed I did owe them because they shared their own details with me. I am beside my self how important I am to a small group of strange little computer nerds on a board I have not posted on for ages. If anyone would like to pass on this post to them feel free. If mods are reading this then please find something else to do with your time then making weird accusations regarding me. We all have to be careful and protect our personal info and reputation and if you make up stories to fill your agenda I may not be able to protect you if someone who calls me a friend decides they don't like what your saying. |

Red, Elir and Otis1 the two brilliant minds over at the other board are jokes could they be any more of mutual ass kissers they enjoy complimenting each other and saying how great they are. Maybe I should call you by your real names? Would you like that? Oh by the way retired cops don't have rules anymore and I for one love having no agency to answer to and I can finally act out on emotion (like a hot-headed regular person) like the rest of the world has done for all these years of me having to be restrained and do the legal and right thing it's true freedom!! Feels good. HAHA

I think that the mods over there may be being taken for a ride by JJD’s nephew. I find it odd that they didn’t believe Gary Bardone but they believe JJD’s nephew who says that attack #38 wasn’t an EAR crime!

The man posting as Luftec is LE and I have identified him when the post first got my attention. I have not posted of him or posted any opinion with the intention of not interfering with it. I don't care what they think on the other board and feel no need to defend myself. If anyone doesn't believe me don't read it block me but ask yourself how would I know so much about LE policy procedure and the like if I was not in LE for over 20 years? I would have to be the best at guessing and the bigger question is this some kind of long term crazy troll that has mixed in with actual LE content that could only come from being there and doing the job.
I am still amazed that the same small group of people is continuing this attack after all this time. If I were luftec I have zero reasons not to admit to it because I answer to no one or any agency for anything I ever do again in my life that's the beauty of retirement.

Some might also argue the Nephew is somewhat responsible for not coming forward before JJD's arrest since there are these claims of Joe's behaviors and supposedly now seeing the behaviors as a clue something was wrong with uncle Joe. I always struggle with family members who claim nothing was out of the normal when a serial bad guy like Joe is caught then later speaking to media and conveying stories they now know. Its a game of self-promotion and it sickens me frankly.

Yes, OTIS and RED are a couple of the biggest losers on that board! They are wrong so much of the time and I posted an angry response over on that board!!
