The white Rock area of Rancho is the neighborhoods North of the railroad tracks for reference.
I guess JJD not attacking on the other side of the railroad tracks in Rancho Cordova known as the White Road area might be explained by his sister living on Winchester Way.
The family living on Winchester Way might explain some of the events that occured around the Croydon Way area. Things that were most likely not JJD but another member of the family. There are things that were happening around the DeAngelos family members and since one of them turned out to be EAR/ONS they need to be looked at carefuly.
The family is getting off too easy and there needs to be more investigation into the people who were adults durig the EAR series or timeframe.

Do you mean the Cordova Cat activity in the area? No the actual EAR series. I think JJD thought he totally got away with the CAT series because there was no news and it was not known to the public at large. I think JJD was very angry the CAT series was not released to the public by the Sheriff's. |

White Rock was the ‘Black’ side of town — white boys were in a different culture over there. This true and all of my friends at Cordova High who were black lived on the White Rock side. That is just how it was no one questioned it we did not care as kids either way. |

There was a cat killer, peeping tom more than one believed to have been at least 2, light burglary, heavy burglary, and the always popular obscene phone calls.

I’d also appreciate a refresher regarding which peeping tom he’s referring to.
