These fuckoff pieces of shit in Sacramento threw away the rape kits but you think they actually saved some random clothing found in a stolen car in the 70s?

This vehicle in my opinion was not a set for a robbery or a hold-up vehicle that was staged. I believe JJD had more than one vehicle set up at exact locations for his escape plan should all of his other plans have failed. This particular one placed in Folsom would be the contingency plan that he could use to make his escape back to Placer County or more importantly his Home in Auburn. JJD was in the Navy and had very specialized LE training combining that with an intense need to not ever be caught as the East Area Rapist. We already know his planning and escape routes were always in place even when he may not have been able to get to his intended victim the neighborhood was the same and the way home did not change. JJD had planned in the sense that even if he missed his target his escape was always covered. This particular vehicle is an example of his level of planning. The rape kit bag located in the bushes was also an example of his high level of planning. The kit was left in a particular neighborhood for a very specific purpose just like the car.
