Strange man contacted me via cell phone-Night Prowler Rapist

I have something strange going on right now that I feel the need to share. I received a series of cell phone calls from a male claiming to be a serial rapist he identified himself as NPR and said it stood for Night Prowler Rapist. I have no idea why he contacted me  or how he obtained my private cell phone number and the strange part is he seemed to know who I am and my interest in the EAR series. It was extremely creepy and is the reason I have not posted online in the past few months. I do not have a clue if he is real or is this a prank. He knew things about me that I can only say are from my postings on the East Area Rapist website and even some that I never posted online. He seems to know where I worked in LE throughout my career not just what I posted online and the truly scary part he knew my real name.

I have of course contacted LE and they are skeptical of the my report with the exception  my own agency which are taking it serious. I am posting this because  the agencies in question are not taking it serious.  NPR claims to be a serial rapist  working in and around the Sacramento area and has committed several crimes. I don't have access to the records to confirm any of what he said to me. He claims to be an EAR student (his words) that learned how to get away with it and claims to have similar sexual desires. I am unable to confirm any of what he said it could be just a nut or is it a real sexual predator?? I don't know and I can assure you this man knows quite a bit about me and it placing me on guard for my self and my family. He seemed to know my family as well.
