Hello my name is Nick. I posted a ton of threads on one of the other board earonsgsk.proboards.com/ devoted to the EAST AREA RAPIST until the board moderator someone named Richmond (whoever that is) began to dislike me. I posted for years on this board and I have decided to come here to this board to post my further investigations into this case. A troll came to the board harassing me and I asked them to cease the moderator Richmond stated I had threatened this poster which I had not and after all these years of posting on that board and dealing with several different moderators over those same years I was banned by a person I had never even heard of as being a moderator. I am here now and anyone who wishes to read my work may do so. The moderator on this board has ensured me freedom to post everything related to EAR and ONS and even the Norcal Rapist case which I am very familiar. I am retired LE and have worked at an agency that was part of the EAR series of attacks and I grew up in the Rancho Cordova ground zero area at the time of the crimes. |

I still read and post on the other board, but I think it's gone downhill since drifter left.
From what I could see, nick brought a lot to the table and I think he was treated in a disrespectful and unfair way.

Nick, those people at the EAR/Proboards site are SAVAGES. They should've never banned you. I always really liked your posts and looked forward to seeing your posts. Glad to have found you and read your insights into EAR.
Not to change the focus, but I thought this thread was like AA where you say, "My name is XXX, and I was banned from Proboards" and then you give your story.

God Bless Drifter for creating the place, but even pre arrest, he would throw down the ban hammer on someone with interesting and potentially useful information who either 1. Disagreed with his theories or 2. Forgot to say "In my opinion". |

I don't actually know them as people but they always have relevant insights/posts and I'm pretty sure they like Black Sabbath. |

You probably know who I am. Do I know you from 76 to 85? I was AJ at Sac City, CRJ at Sac State, DA’s Office 77 to 1980. Cal Expo Police(part-time) 77 to 84, and EARS 76-77, DOJ/BOI 93/98 and other places? I was also heavily involved with the Western Society of Criminology and the Old Guard at John Jay, I knew a couple of “Nicks.”
We need to increase the debris field for JJD from 1962 to 1964 between his 16th and 18th birthday?

Nick -- I'm glad to see you return!
You've always been a very nice man, a helpful research partner, and a good friend to all. I didn't get a chance to thank you for all of the effort you've put into this case -- and for all of the help you've given many of us. THANK YOU. I hope you have a Merry Christmas.

I missed your posts, Nick, had no idea you were banned, thought you had simply chosen to leave.
I wanted to apologize for an argument with a user , blanking on the name, he used a Dirty Harry avatar anyway the blow up led to that person having a temporary ban. When I found out people were getting banned due to this disagreement , I contacted Richmond and asked him not to do that as I felt I had as much responsibility for what happened as the other people involved , but was told the ban was due to an accumulation of complaints and wasn’t up to me . Anyway , I’m sorry for my role in that.
